Default Tech questions

New to the site, and new to owning a Victory, have had many many bikes in the past but never owned a Victory. I have many questions but will try to keep this post short. Does anyone know if these pipes are aftermarket? Also heard many nightmares about the transmissions on this bike 2000 V92SC, It does shift really really hard, anything i can do to improve this. Thank you for your time

Welcome,... Do an oil change then see how the trans is.
Them mufflers are big and ugly enough I'd say they're stock but I'm no expert on early Vic's.

Good choice on bike, looks good ...

Yeahhhhh please download a manual and get all the settings right on the clutch / belt after a fresh oil change / brake fluids / production date of tires ? / Etc etc ...

Then ride on and see if she still shift difficult compared as before ??

with HC's pic for comparison, i notice you also have forward controls in addition to the more cruiser-contemporary mufflers. That SC been de-SCed.

i know it's not pertinent or helpful...

Exhaust looks like it came off a Kingpin. Stock setup. The v92's always have a hard "clink" when shifting, if that's what you're experiencing.

Your bike/question looks familiar, are you on the v92 group on FB?
