Default Front brakes lurch/bounce when clutch disengaged

I have a 2000 V92C. When I am coming to stop and pull in the clutch to disengage, front brake lurches or pulsates until stopped.
The front end bounces back and forth. If I engage the gear again the bouncing stops until disengaged again. I have tried that from any gear (not just first). Even when I apply brakes in 2/3/4 etc gear, and pull in the clutch, the front end starts bouncing. If I engage the clutch agaoin, the bouncing stops again.
Any ides whats wrong? Or is it supposed to be this way by design?
Doesn't feel very comfortable.
