Went on a group ride this past saturday, about 20 of us or so. We headed down the super slab at about 85mph riding 2 up when all of a sudden one of the lead bikes suddenly loses total power. Needless to say, even though we had a decent amount of distance between us it was a case of "How good are my brakes". If you can picture in your minds eye, it could very easily have been a disastrous "pile-up". Turns out the clown in front hit his kill switch and didn't know what he did. Everyone reacted accordingly, and we all were able to continue without even coming to a stop. Lesson learned? - keep a safe distance between your bike and the one front of you. Total miles rode that day was 554!
