Forget loud pipes and be seen.

There are a lot more deaf drivers than there are blind.

People think I am too patronizing. (That means I treat them as if they're stupid.)

Loud is relative. My low and throaties are as loud idle to idle and when i crack the throttle hard as my Cobras on my C90 were. But the Cobras were not pleasant. Very brash and annoying. I find the L & Ts loud enough but pleasant too. Most Harleys with aftermarket pipes I love the idle at the light sound, grit my teeth when they do the crack open the throttle when the light goes green.
