Just google motorcycle tank bibs or pouches. I'm actually looking for one now. I had one some yrs ago and found one similar. here's the link fo that one:

Got mine from Sagebrush designs. Seems like good quality, and looks good too! Got mine with a pocket that I keep my garage door opener and phone/wallet in.

I was thinking about a tank bib too, I saw the Sage Brush ones - but I was worried that dust, etc underneath might scour the paint underneath

I haven't had any problems in the year or so it has been on there. I do make sure that I take it off when I wash and wax though.
