On DonWood Victory motorcycle parts it is + 1200 USD but there must be a few for sale on the net ....
Ok my take on the repair,
Wheel = aluminum
Pulley = aluminum
Tourqe speck of the steel bolts is for aluminum , so it is impossible to stretch these cheapo 8.8 bolts of Victory ...
So retap & helicoil & by a good machine shop of motorcycles work shop is of course a possibility, but what happens when it is 1 mm out of center , WOBBLY BOOTS
Bigger Bolt won't fit coz of the holes of the pulley...
I would try to find a second hand rear rim, if cannot, then 2 second hand rims that are a different designs
I just bought 2 rims from a hammer 2016 to fit on my jackpot ...
Could you post a picture, we like to see the problem?
