The "low Oil" light comes on EVERYTIME you start it. That is normal. However, once it is running, it should not still be illuminated. If it is you are risking catastrophic failure. Do NOT ride it. Do not run it. If your dealer won't respond, call Victory Roadside assistance and have them come out and take a look and haul it back to a dealer for you. That service is free for he first year for every new Victory so take advantage of it.
However, if this is a user error, you could end up being billed. Do a video and post it for us and we will be better able to see what you are talking about.
