Default Installing exhaust studs?

Does anyone have advise on installing the studs for the exhaust on an 07 8-ball? I took my pipes off to wrap them and 3 of the 4 nuts were rusted onto the studs. Ordered new ones and should be picking them up today. I've heard to double nut the stud to install it, but should I use loctite or anti sieze as well? Any advice would help... Don't want my pipes falling off!

If you have air blow out the holes first if you have a thread tap run it in the hole to clean it.
Put two nuts on the stud and lock them together. Once in place take nuts off and use anti size on your nut when you install pipes.
Lock tight will burn off with heat.
Polaris uses horse shit studies as you know.

Thanks... Tried to install them using the double-nut method but I don't think they were going in properly. Gotta take it to the shop tomorrow so they can put it in with the installer tool.
