Default LED turn signals Flasher Module/Resistors

I have read alot of forums about how people added resistors for their turn signals and others that added a flasher module. My question is if I use resistors which ones do I use and how many? The other question is if I use a flasher module what one should I use? I have rear LED turn signals and am about to purchase front ones. Both are from victoryonly.com. Which is eaiser? More reliable? Don't want to screw this up or waste money. All info is much appreciated.

I personally did not install resistors. I wanted my LED signals to flash quick. Just one more thing to make the morons in cars see me.

I wouldn't mind if they were a little quick but mine don't even flash at an even rate with just rear LEDs. So I am installiing the modulator. Thanks for the site btw thats what I was looking for.
