Default Front wheel swap

Is the Kingpin 18" an direct bolt-on on a Vegas front end? Possible fender change but other than that, are the front ends of the two bikes the same spacing?

My wife absolutely abhors the 21'' on her bike.

Default Front wheel swap

I may be wrong but the Kingpin has inverted forks and the Vegas does not , so , that in itself would suggest different spacing to me ...... IMO

go to parts manual and look for spacer part numbers and see if there the same or not. Go to dealer and measure the fender width and front end width.

The parts manual idea would probably work. Finding bikes at the dealer is a bit more difficult.

When my wife had her Vegas... The 21 inch front wheel was the oly reason she ended up selling it. Found out after she could have just swapped out the front end from a kingpin.... So she got a XR instead and it ended up being too big for her........ Now she has an HD....and apparently loves it... But she said it was soooooooooo much more uncomfortable than the XR on the highway..... Can't win 'em all I guess.
