Default 8 Ball battery question

Sorry, I've searched "pigtail" and "battery removal," without finding an answer.

Getting 2013 8 Ball tomorrow. Would like to know how hard it is to remove battery to install pigtail for battery tender, heated clothing, etc. Should I have the dealer do it before taking possession, or is it an easy task? Thanks for your help.

Easy, simple...no worries. Don't waste your money having the dealer do it. Although as far as Im concerned...the bike should come with it at no charge.
