Default Ape hangers

I have a 09 Vegas 8ball and am thinking about putting apes on.I have interest in the high ball bars but don't know if they are to tall.My state your can't go over shoulder height.I'm 6 foot tall.Can anybody post some pictures with themselves sitting on there bike with apes.thanx

I have apes on my vegas, when I take it to get inspected i just simple bring them down. Kinda looks funny but gets the inspection GO. I live in the Great State of Texas.

ingenuity at it's best haha, victory mentions that they are legal according to their website and the bars aren't that high, no more than 16". I'm 6'4" and when I sat on the high ball at the dealer my arms were slighlty lower than parallel when sitting on the bike. So if it's standing height you have plenty of room. Also I'm a 34" inseam if that helps. If you're really concerned check out a dealer they should have one on the floor, good luck

oh and like kid mentioned, if you checkout the pics in the sticky highball section, right on the first or second page is a high ball with the bars pulled down ...... looks weird

Hwy. Patrol friend of mine says ,when you see us coming ( JUST SIT UP STRAIGHT) Not like Jessie James.
No one sits perfectly straight up.
If the bars are level with your sholders or above while sitting straight,,you'ed have to be quite short.

I have to grow old but I don't have to grow UP.thumb up. 2010 Jackpot.

i put a set of 2 inch rizers & 12 inch apes on my kp and they were great, better ride & looked good. im addeding them to my xct 2012 soon as i can buy some new ones.
