Default swing arm bag and throttle lock

Looking to get a bag but I'm not sure if I want to strap something to the swing arm and rub the finish off. Anyone have an ingenious idea for me?

Also looking for a throttle lock because I don't want to spend $500 on the electric cruise. I got a vista cruise but it doesn't fit over the switch housing. Any ideas folks?

The finest throttle lock is the BrakeAway. Well made and works great. Anything else is a distant second.
