Default internal wiring in stock highball apes ? anyone ??

So who's done it ? Are the bends an issue ? Not so worried about throttle as I am concerned about brake lines. What would be the best type of brake line for those bendss ? Basically on the right I will have the throttle cable and front brake line running through and on the left just the clutch and possibly l and r signal if I decide to run signals at all. I think I'm going to run buttons for speedo and then kill and start on the wedge maybe.

So....what's the best hydraulic line that can handle those angles inside the bars ?

I'd never consider internal throttle, brake or clutch lines but I'd love to hide those gross wiring bundles for sure. The issue I see with the stock bars is the holes for the wire ties would need to be filled in. So I'd just go with some br customs bars for the job.
