Default 2002 touring cruiser deluxe/rear wheel draggs

Changed rear tire on 2002 touring cruiser deluxe. Did not need to replace rear brake pads, looked nice and thick! Marked axle nut placement and re-installed wheel, aligned marks. Belt tension good.
Bile extremely hard to roll around, put on lift and rear wheel very hard to spin???

Did you check the bearings when you had the wheel off? Also make sure caliper isn't sticking

Default caliper/bearings

Going to pull rear wheel off this weekend! If caliper is sticking, would it be collapsed line?

It's possible, but I wouldn't put money on it. Also, when you go back together with it, coat the axle with grease or anti-seize
