Default belt rubbing

I have a jackpot that I want to add the lowering links on. The belt rubs against the side case. It has been ground down as much as possible. It still rubs with passenger. Is there any side covers made to prevent this?

So you want to add lowering links to a bike that already scrubs the belt? It will only get worse. Have you checked your belt tension? How soft is your rear shock set up? Don't bandaid fix it, look for the source of the problem....
