Default brakes

I puchased a new victory hammer s from a shop ,because iv got short legs,i payed for special footpegs from victory ,fitted by the shop the bike came from, but relocating the rootpegs have caused a problem with the braking system, when left for a day or so the back brake needs to be bled due to the fluid running back into the resevior.the shop admit there is a problem with the brakes when this alteration has been carried out,and have been instructed by victory motorcycles to do anything needed to rectify the situation, the shop said they were going to re locate the resevior on the ouside of the bike somewhere, which im thinking would look unsightly and perhaps a tad dangerous!!what should i do? when i say short theyre prety much in poroportion.not freaky short!
