Default Hi. Introduction

Hi. P here. Been riding my Hammer since 2007. Found and joined the forum because Victory service is the worst I have ever encountered; if the bike wasn't so awesome it would be a definite turn off for me.

The 'authorized' Victory service center near me closed shop - Victory's don't sell all that well apparently. It's now strictly a foreign bike shop.

I was buying my parts there, but now I can't. The next closest shop is entirely too far away to buy simple items like oil or to take it in for maintenance/service. Which blows chunks.

Victory phone numbers? After 20 minutes of hold it hangs up on you. Three days in a row. So that's useless.

Victory 'contact us' email? I can say things like "there isn't a dealer around me" and they respond with crap like "to find a local dealer click here" and ignore the actual questions. So that's useless.

Anyway, like I said, if the bike itself wasn't insanely awesome, I'd drop Victory in a heartbeat. I've owned American and foreign bikes for years - multiple brands. Victory is easily the worst customer service out there (but also the best bike at the same time). So that's why I'm here.

Everyone loves pictures, so here you go:

Welcome!

You came to the right place. Many of the victory sepcific vendors are members here. We also have some experts that have the answers to unasked questions.

Nice bike, thanks for the pics.

Happy searching.
