Hey,

I am thinking on getting a Cross Country 2011 or "cheap" 2012, my budget is 10K
I am looking something with radio, maybe cruise control.

Sorry I can't help.
Some key points I would check into though.
ABS?
Helical gear transmission?

Perhaps this rather useless post will at least keep yours on top.

10's have the older transmission which makes more noise and requires more frequent oil changes. 11's have a redesigned transmission which makes it easy to find neutral and increases the oil change interval but could have (rare) torque compensator issues (easy fix by a dealer).
