I bought my 2012 Hardball from Star City Powersports with a fairing kit on it pinstripped to match the rest of the bike and only 25 miles, in June of 2013, paid sticker price. They had at least one model of each in stock on the floor, some with upgraded exhaust and other things.
As I drove away it stalled a couple times when downshifting so I turned around, they told me it might be a couple days 'til they look at it, I was on vacation in Natural Bridge, Va so I told them if it wasn't fixed the next day I was returning it. Turns out it had bad gas in it from sitting in the showroom, they drained, flushed, and filled, and then the sales manager rode it up to the hotel for me, no issues since.

that sounds like StarPower Sports. i had Ursuline once and they spent forever trying to fix it. Didn't leave a good taste in my mouth. So when I bout my Honda Vtx I went out of town for that. Didn't regret it. now I am in the market for a Victory Cross country Tour, I went up there and the sales guy knew nothing about the bike. I had researched it so I knew a lot more than he did. A real turn off. So I started to sh op around and then this sales guy called me back with a pressure pitch. I told him I found a price that beat theirs. Well he asked me who they were and I told him. He started bashing this dealer. Another major turn off. Oh yea, when they guy gave me his card, he gave me a card with his name written on the back with some. Other guys name crossed off. Not a lot of class. I only go there if I have to.
