Howdy all! New member here in Northern NY! Just got my 2011 Vegas 8-Ball a few weeks ago and am so glad that I made the move from the Yamaha V-Star 1100! Unfortunately, not enough riding weather left to really put some miles on my new baby but, I am certainly looking forward to next spring!:D

Absolutely we do! I gave up riding on the seat behind my wonderful hubster years ago. Love riding my own! And yes, they do look so nice sitting side by side in the garage. :) So far the conversion from Yamaha family to Victory family has been a huge improvement for us!! BTW, I'm from Haysville, Ks. It'll be nice to someday get a few miles of asphalt logged back home.

Welcome to the board. My son has the same bike and loves it. Had trouble finding a plate mount for the side that was not chrome so we had one custom made in a local shop, powdercaoted black. Looked nice with the plate off the rear tire. He put black cased LED signals on it just like the ones on the Cross Country, but with blacked out cases, they are the same as the ones that Polaris uses on the four wheelers in South America and with a few slight mounting mods look great on the 8ball. Riding with him convinced me I need a Victory too.

Our (Launi and I) next trip to Adams on the bikes will be in the spring. She'll need break in service then. We'll try to post it somewhere here. Maybe we can do a ride somewhere. We'll also be heading for Syracuse a couple times next summer.:)

The cuse is a good time during the summer. Bike nights at Quaker steak and such. Thunder in the Bay is a good time also. I was going to go up there (adams) but chose to ride south around seneca lake. Oh well, just go were the road takes me. Gonna fit one more ride this weekend then shes is up for winter, that way I can say I rode in Dec. :)
