To each his own and all but I wonder about my comfort level riding down the highway and having the point of an arrowhead staring back at me. I don't imagine the odds change between a lucite arc and a lucite tip but it wouldn't be my first choice.

Funny, that kinda thing seems to be popular these days especially among handlebars. If these guys ever go over the bars they'll come to a landing completely filleted.

They all sound and look good to me. For nostalgia, which is why I would buy an Indian, I would go with the Samson Fish Tail's.

So when are you going to add an Indian to your stable CR?

Yeah I love those fishtails too. They had a display model in Sydney with them, or some other fishtail ends, and they really looked classy!

2012 Hammer S
Freedom Performance pipes now wrapped, PCV, Loyds air filter, ATS, Loyds Cams and 1/4 Turn Throttle adj, Progressive rear shock
300mm rear and 23" front

Yeppir. Gotta love them fishtails on an Injun.

As far as Samson, I steer clear. Long Samsons have a habit of cracking at the brackets. Pretty thin and they don't seem to suffer vibration as well as some others. Shorties not so much.

Maybe it's better now. I haven't seen any in years.

Dreaming to add a '15 Chieftain by next winter. Until then, it's drooling and watching youtube vids. What about you, Bbob?

Here's a Stage 1 with fishtails (sounds different than Stage 1 with 6 shooter tips).

D&D is working on a set of pipes as well. They did add the "indian" to their website's menu, although the indian section it's empty for now.
