It's all about having a good dealer that will keep trying even when they say no. I have never dealt with Polaris concerning a victory issue, but for many years with Polaris snowmobiles. Just last week One of my new sleds was in for a issue with a non consistent drop in rpm's. I have been chasing this problem all season. I believed it to be a problem with the fuel injectors. After several back and forth phone calls, and Polaris wanting me to try every possible scenario first, which I already did. They replaced the injectors. But my dealer made MANY calls and had to be very persistent.
