Default Planning a trip to Acadia....

Looking for good motorcycle roads in the this area.. see attached...
Planning on leaving Vt on Tuesday or Wednesday. Destination is Cadillac mountain.

I see we have a bunch of new folks from Me. Hoping they can offer some suggestions...

The park loop road is a must. I can spend all day down there and never leave the island. Just ride with no destination and decide on turns when you get to them...you won't be disappointed....you're never too far from anything on MDI.

I just got back from ME. Truckerman is right... take a road and see where it goes. The Acadia park loop road is a must, then pay the $10 to ride the rest of the park towards Sand Beach. More wonderful ME scenery, and don't forget your camera.

There is a little known part of Acadia on the other side of the island. Ask the locals for directions.

Stop for lunch most anywhere for a good lobster roll. Enjoy!
