Default How far to lower

I'm wanting to lower my Hammer but I'm not sure how far I can lower it. I mainly ride by myself (200 lbs) and would have an occasional passenger (110 or so). Anybody have any experience with how far it can be dropped and still be good with a passenger.
1.5" or 2" or ?
