Default luggage rack ideas?

Hi guys looking for some luggage rack ideas? The one I like says it won't work on my bike-its by Victory.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Victory-Moto...518359&vxp=mtr

I just need to store a small bag to carry my laptop and accessories or some clothes on a long trip. The backpack is-well, not cool.

The Victory one is the only one I like-the others out there that come out and past the fender don't work for me.

I wonder if the Victory one can be modded to work?

FWIW-I will never carry a passenger on my bike.

Check this out: http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/231200438346?lpid=82. There are two others that i have seen that are probably closer to what you are looking for. One is rounded and fits over the cowl area. It is quite attractive as it goes with the lines of the bike, but you still can tie on a bag or other luggage. The second is square:
http://www.amazon.com/Victory-Hammer...ews/B002Z8D2BO. Otherwise you could consider getting a rear finder bag. There are many on the market. I eventually went with vic bags with quick releases. I didn't think that I would like what they look like but in fact I very much do and seldom take them off.

I've seen that on a Hammer before and it doesn't look bad at all. How much do you want for it, Ichabod?

I love my backpack! I have a 3 day tactical pack that looks like something a Navy seal would wear and has all the "mole" attachments so I can attach stuff to the outside if needed be or they make a shit load of mole attachments for just about anything.

Over the winter I did purchase "The hooker by Willie and Max" . Slides under your rear seat and then you can spider bungee your backpack to your rear seat. I just cannot bring myself to mounting bags or anything to the bike. I can remove The Hooker in maybe 1 minute. Plus you can tell the wife your going for a ride with the hooker, she'll love it!
