Default cross winds

Hey guys, does cross wind handling seem worse on hammers than other bikes you've ridden?. To me it does. Man the other night we had some serious winds here and gusts made me cross a whole lane. The front end feels real lose to me on windy days. Do y'all feel this? thanks for the input.

Default Cross winds, and....The Hammer

Interesting question.

I haven't ridden my Hammer in any strong winds yet, so I can't really say...do you think it has some type of "weather vaneing" characteristic due to the fatter rear tire?

Here in SW MN, where a 20 mph wind is considered calm, I thought the Hammer handled great in a cross wind. I kinda think the fat tire helped a little.
