OK my Airhawk R seat cushion just arrived!
well actually it arrived last Thursday!... but the PostOffice fk'd up and didn't put a tag in my po box!
Anyway its on now and I've wound my rear shock back two turns to where it was when I got the bike, so Im off for a ride to experiment with air pressures.
My Grasshopper backrest should be here in a week or two.

and I'm running solo for a day or two.
Got her stripped of pillion seat backrest and bags for the For Sale ads, as not everyone likes a babe on the back, and likes the lean mean look.

My backs getting better and the Airhawk R seat cushion is good!
maybe once my backrest arrives all will be great.
May even consider a windscreen as I tend to lean into the wind at speed and thus curve my spine more.

So you've changed your mind about selling?

2015 Cross Country (bought new 7/11/15)
2015 Suzuki V-Strom DL650 (bought new 4/26/17)
2006 Triumph Rocket III Classic
1/4 turn throttle ring
Tank riser
VM-1 DR cams
Timing wheel +4
Lloydz high-flow air cleaner
Bassani baffled OEM mufflers
PC-V 118hp 116tq
If it's not broke, make it better

Not necessarily Vin, its in the laps of the God's really,
If my Vegas sells I will buy a suitable XR and bring it up to my desired specifications.
If not I'll keep riding my Vegas as I do love the bike.
With a riders backrest and possibly a windscreen I reckon I could live with it.
A suitable rear shock may give me a little more travel and bonus ground clearance too.
Thats why I need to know the measurement of a Kingpin shock eye to eye and the amount of rear travel.
Im not shelling out a grand for a Penske though as there must be a viable VicTory shock will fit.
Whatever will be will be.
The outcome is out of my hands.
