Default Lights

Ok just bought a 2013 Judge Monday and coming off of a 2000 Honda shadow I am wondering are the front indicator lights turn only or are they supposed to be running lights and indicator. Owners manual does not specify. The Honda they were run/turn combo. Just wondering I don't think there is a law just like as much light as possible especially during the a.m. commute since it's dark.

Add a pair of these for illumination and conspicuity. Pricey but well worth it. I have the Darlas...2,000 lumens of love.
