Default Floorboards to Forward controls

Anyone here make the switch ? Boards are comfortable as heck, but they constantly scrape. I haven't found a turn yet that I haven't scraped them hard in ! Wondering if you swapped your boards for pegs, do you like it better ?

I can't really add much to help with your issue since my Vegas has forward controls, but if this is a big issue for you, then I like the way you ride.

2004 Vegas: Ness intake, RPW Thor 2-1, PC3, lowered, Kingpin front end, lots of powdercoating.
*12.18 @ 108 mph with Stage 1 slip-ons and wire rims.
*12.26 @ 113.5 mph with Thor 2-1 and cast rims.

In the works: Barnett clutch, Stingray wheels, WOT box, 20 hp wet shot.

I don't ride a KP, but currently have boards (obviously) on my XR. Had pegs on my last bike which was a Meanstreak and I'd still scrape them too. You're not going to get much more lean angle by swapping them out, really. You eventually just get used to scraping. I've hit the hardbag rails on my XR more than once. ha ha!
