Default Clear coated rims?

I tried to search for this question and couldn't find a definite answer. But got out and rode to get my out of state inspection today, not as bad as I expected 35 and hard rain all day but snow and ice the rest of the week. But when I got home i was cleaning her up and I think I would like the rims to be a mirror finish to match the rest of the chrome.

Now the question I have is if the 2005 kingpin premiums had clear coated rims or just a raw finish that needs a little elbow grease?

They are clear coated, if they was not they would turn black in a couple weeks.. KIT-BILLET WHEEL-18X3.0,VALENC | [Incl. 6-9,13] $809.99 So at this price I would not screw them up...

Clear coat can get a bit dull though and some mild paint polish would bring back the original shine. Follow up with a good long-lasting wax being careful to not use harsh detergents on it afterward which would take the wax layer off.
