Default Need some advise for a friend

My buddy have a 2007 kingpin ... a while back he had some seepage coming from the engine casing halves... nothing major but the motor has over 50000 miles. So he decided to have the seals replaced, since the motor was coming out anyway he had the motor powder coated and the intenals upgraded with a lloydz stroker kit.
Ok so everything is back together bike is running great... but he noticed that the neutral indicator light was flickering or just not working... so we found that the pin in the neutral sensor is jammed in the clutch shaft (?not sure of the official name of shaft the pin rests in)
Heres the question... anyone have an idea how to get the pin out?... we are assuming that either there is a burr in the shaft or some powder coat got in the hole and has caused the pin to get stuck. There is not enough of the pin exposed to get pliers on it... the bike is running great otherwise...any help would be appreciated...

who did the work on the motor. What did you have power coated.
What stroker kit did you get do you have photos.
Where are you looking at this pin or what part of bike

The motor work was done by a friend who works(worked) for a victory dealership. The powder coating was done by a guy who was refered by the guy who did the motorwork...

He got the lloydz 106 stroker kit...

Added a photo, it's the neutral sensor that is located just below the belt drive sprocket. As u can see the pin is stuck in its housing. It should come out easy followed by a small spring

Hmmmmmm, your buddy certainly has an unusual problem there.
Percentage of Vic owners who get the cases powder coated would be minimal.
Powder coating causes many issues if tolerance critical parts aren't masked properly.
Myself having owned many bikes that never had neutral lights to start with, well I'd probably just put up with not having a neutral light, it is after all a luxury.
You could try a strong magnet I suppose, might get lucky.
What's the guy that put it all together say?

Try a Strong rare earth magnet, clean out well and lube before reassembling.

You might try a high quality spray lube such as "AreoKroil". It is NOT cheap price wise, but worth every penny. Spray it on let it set over night. If it still does not come out, soak it again. and set a strong magnet on top that will pull on it all night. If that does not work I would just ride it and it may free itself up over time.

If the above doesn't work then drilling it and using an ez out of some kind should do it. Might even be able to drill a small hole diagonally then get a 90 degree pick to pull it out.

Go easy or you'll cause even more damage.
Id just cop it sweet and leave it be if a magnet won't drag it out.
