Default Typical repairs/maintenance

So reading through the forum I found the list below that was left off about 3 years ago. I'm curious as to what other repairs/maintenance Kingpin owners have come across. If you would be so kind as to list it, I'd appreciate it. I'm coming up on 20k miles on the bike, and I know I need a speed sensor, and possibly O-ring as the speedo keeps cutting out on me. Just wondering what else I need to prepare for. Also, for those of you that have some milage on yours, did you do the fork oil change at 15k miles and get the steering stem bearing regreased? Having purchased mine after it already had 16.5k on it, I am certain I never had it done. TIA all

If you want the service manual I can send you a link. Has all the maintenance intervals and procedures.

Oh, and the fuel pump does not get serviced. It gets replaced or rebuilt when it quits working. The filters get replaced at 25k and 50k miles. Fuel system is inspected at each service interval. Filters may need to give replaced before mileage if the bike sits for long periods.

Working on a buddy's bike (2004 Kingpin) that has 40k+. Stuff I've done / found so far. I guess you may see some of this along the way.

Cracked TB boots along with missing TB caps for those unused ports.
Frayed and grounded ignition coil wire to the rear pack (the wire from the ECU). Factory loom had worn through.
Fuel pump with low pressure. O-rings on regulator failed.
Fuel level sensor wire broken too.
Harness under rear fender torn up and grounded. Lost turn signals and tail light. Heard this has happened to a few KP owners too.
Loose battery cables and cables to solenoid.

Then there's the regular PM stuff like pads and lubing cables.

His bike is going to be like new. lol

Closed minded people suck.
