Default Cross Saddlebag brackets for Kingpin

I bought some Cross Country saddlebags to install on the Pin. Went to order the brackets and found that Witchdoctor's is no longer selling them. After emailing them they said they had production problems and are not sure if they will offer them again. I guess I will have to look at making then myself.
Does anyone have a template that was supplied with their Witchdoctor brackets lying around? If I could get some measurements off it that would give me a good starting point. Looking at the pics online I think the bar material is " CRS and the flat stock 2" X 1/8". Did they use 6mm bolts at the fender? Any info from you guys that have done this mod would be greatly appreciated.

Bat Man, did you ever come up with a solution? A guy on FB jigged some up and I bought a set from him. They are nicely done! Working on getting them installed.
