Default How do I tell?

I have a 2004 Kingpin and it runs great.
I have 2 questions.
1) I bought this bike used and it has some aftermarket parts. How do I tell if the previous owner had installed a stage 1 performance kit (new mufflers and K&N filer). I know it has the K&N but how do I tell if the pipes have been upgraded?

2) the bike has a bit of an inconsistent idle. It does not die but it is also not a steady rumble.

Thoughts?

Post pictures of your pipes and other Kingpin owners will know if they are stock or aftermarket.

The Victory performance pipes that are often installed with the K&N filter are stamped "Victory Performance" on the chrome outer casing.
