Default Oil Plug Issue

I have a 2011 Kingpin. Doing this oil change myself. When i took out oil plug, i did not see any washer or o ring. The Vic oil change kit has a couple of washers and one o ring. The large washer and o ring will not fit. The small washer sort of fits.
My question is, should there be a washer at all on the oil plug ?????

Use the smaller crush washer. If you look at the base of the plug there is a small bevel that will center the washer. Only toque to 15lbs this can be stripped if over tightened.

washer is stuck to bolt or motor if there was one.
Careful on how tight you get it. It only holds oil in so don't reaf on it
