Default VFC III Settings to start with

I have an 04' KP, I just put an S&S intake on it with the VFC III. Does anybody have a starting point to set the VFC III at? I am getting some RPW Thor pipes soon, then I will look into getting it dyno tuned. Until then I just want it to run decent. Thanks. It is otherwise stock other than the intake.
