Default Help! Which exhaust are these?

I just bought and want to know which exhaust these are. Too short to be Victory Stage 1 swept. RPW? Freedom? Ness? It seems like everyone has a radius pipe for the Vegas.
Yes, it is MINE! My Precious...

I'd say RPW Slash.

RPW? Great! Now when I remove the seat I see the ECM plain as day but no VFC or Power Commander.
I guess I need to get to Gainesville Victory for some tuning. Is there any way to tell if I have a stage 1 download? It has the stage 1 intake.
