Default low beam light and running lights out

so went to ride home from work the other night and the low beam light and running lights (turn signals when not flashing...) weren't working. I checked the fuses swapped relays around and nothing... so my next guess is that maybe the low beam light just went out and the running lights are connected to that in some way. turn signals still work fine when the are actually activated same with flashers. and the high beam works fine... what do yall think?

pull the bulb and see if its good. Auto store sells them.
You never want running lights on same circuit as headlight
