Default 2004 fuel controller?

so to start off I tried searching for the information but the 2004 Vegas seems to be fairly scarce for information or I just suck at looking lol.
so now like the title states I was curious if any one would recommend getting a fuel controller for a 2004 Vegas with the Santa Rosa pipes and what I believe to be the Ness air box. and on that note I'm having no luck finding what controller I should get. I'm new to the fuel controlling game having come from carburetors for all the tuning needs. I'm also curious whether any fuel controllers are plug and play or wire in? so any recommendations would be appreciated?
oh if I posted this in the wrong section I apologize because I cant seem to figure out if there are different sections to post in like maintenance or performance.

I would be shocked if your bike doesn't already have a fuel controller... I believe Lloydz sells a fuel controller for your bike.

my bike doesn't have a fuel controller as far as I am aware, but then again FI is fairly new to me for tuning or at least the need to tune so I may not know where one would be if it did. I removed the tank and seat shortly after getting it to clean the throttle bodies to help a rough cold idle which it did, but I didn't see a fuel controller. also thanks for the links, anything that would help a new guy to the PC3? ill probably get that one that way I have the option to go past stage 1.

actually that brings up another question, I have been reading about mods for the Vegas, so the 92CI, is it supposed to have O2 sensors to remove that makes it run a bit richer to help when doing the intake and exhaust mods? or do yall think that my bike might be running a bit lean? I have looked at my plugs when I swapped them and they were slightly darker tan than stoich and the Santa Rosa pipes are gold with just some normal burbling on decal, the low speed cruising does get a tad jerky when trying to go through a parking lot at like 5 MPH thought. from what I have read though that could just be an old intake coupler (the rubber boot between the engine and the throttle bodies).

If it has a PC3, it will be inline to the ECM harness (ECM is mounted to the back side of the battery box). Doesn't have a long harness, so should be easy to spot. Take a good look at the rubber on the intake below the throttle body. It has been known to crack over time. Try a TPS range reset to see if that helps on the surging at low speed. Mine was really bad and I had to replace the TPS after trying everything else. Runs like a champ now. Don't believe the older bikes had 02 sensors, but could be wrong. I know my 03 doesn't have them.

where do you live. There could be a good tuner not far away.
If your going to buy a VFC get it from Lloydz or The Vic Shop they will put in a map for you if you ask them.

I live in northern California so the vic shop you linked is a ways away, ill look for a closer one though. ill pull the throttle bodies if I can from above and check and probably replace the rubber boot, the bike has 11 year and 18,000 miles and I don't know if that has been swapped so it very well could be cracked. I was pretty sure it never had O2 sensors but wasn't 100% sure. if I look at the boot and its good then I will do the TPS reset, I'm guessing that's in the service manual. if it isn't in the service manual or if there is an easier way I would welcome some guidance there, otherwise I will just do it per the manual. either way looks like the PC3 from Lloyds will be a purchase as soon as finances will allow. thanks for all the input guys!... and possibly Gals?
