Hi All..... I recently introduced myself on the introductions forum - I'm new to the site.

I own a 2011 VV 8ball, and I'm trying to select new pipes. I love the look of the black xbow, but I'm looking for a slow deep rumble when idle without super loud. I'm not interested in super loud - just a deep tone that's slow paced. Any help? The xbow pipes without baffles sound good on you tube but I'm afraid they will be too loud without baffles. Does that impact performance? Anyone near Knoxville done this? Bassani also sounds good, but I'm not as crazy about the look, and I'm concerned they are too loud.

Any input is helpful. I ride alone mostly so I'm not around other bikes a ton to know what I like / what sounds good to me. I'm exhausted with researching on you tube - I'm just getting more confused.

Thank you,
Gloria

the unfortunate part aboutt exhaust notes is they are very subjective. What sounds great to one person's ear, may not sound so great to another. Three suggestions. See if there are any modded Vegas's in your area and see what they have and whether you like it or not. Second, check out super stores such as Dennis Kirk or cycle solutions as they have a myriad of pipes for sale. Or third, go to a local victory dealer because all you may need is a Stage1 flash and pipe modification.
