Default Looking for space.. Need advice.

I have bought a Shark Audio System, comprising 4 bar mounted speakers and an amp. Problem is I cannot figure out where I can mount the amp. It's not waterproof, so cannot be in direct line of weather.

Anyone have any ideas? Will it fit in the headlamp, behind the LED bulbs?

I would see if it could be tucked behind one of the side covers , if it will not fit in the headlight . Hard to tell how big it is ....

First and foremost... A non water resistant amp on a bike is a bad idea. I am assuming your riding an XR? The amp will most definitely not work in the headlight for 2 reasons. The heat from the headlight could cause the amp to over heat. The heat from the amp could prematurely kill your headlight bulbs. That's assuming your running halogen bulbs still. Not sure what the affect would be on HID or LED.

When you get it hooked up, let me know how it sounds on the road. I have been thinking about buying a system, but only have a small windshield so I'm not sure how it will work out

My advice to you... Return that stuff and go buy some quality earbuds.
