Default fuel injection/pump problem?

New to me 2005 Vegas (my first ever Victory, so not very familiar with them). The only upgrade I am familiar with on the bike is it has the Stage 1 Victory Performance Pipes. The bike has 12k miles and I have cleaned the throttle body already. So here's my issue: When the fuel falls to under half a tank, or I get around 90-100 miles ridden on a tank, the bike really sputters while at idle, like it is struggling to get gas. Once I get going its fine. But if I'm sitting at a stop light, I really have to rev it and over-rev it to get going or it will stall out. Full tank of gas, no issues. Again, it seems to occur when I get to under 1/2 a tank, or around 90-100 miles ridden.

So I'm thinking I may have an issue with the fuel pump and/or injectors? Or does anyone have any other suggestions on what it might be?

Thank you in advance for any help.

I'm no mechanic, so here's my stab in the dark - Dirty fuel filter?

@50btripn You might want to run a good dose of Sea-Foam or some other quality fuel system clearer\conditioner through as a first step. I'm not sure if an adjustable IAV can be used on an 05 but a call to Lloydz wouldn't hurt. 12k miles is early for a fuel filter change but your Vegas is older so that might be an option. Beyond that, maybe the bike is not tuned right for the pipes and a fuel controller and proper tune might help and give you more power to boot
