This is in place in case you're a bot
Talk and tempers can sometimes get hot
If you have thin skin you might not enter
Because if you do you might get a splinter

Well I have to say coming from a GW forum and lurking here for the past few months this place has been very civilized. Seems most conduct them selves with character, dignity. Them Honda guys can turn in to Animals for crying out loud. Enough to start a DairyQueen style food fight.
I'm here to talk bikes, learn and that seems to be what goes on here.

Multiple post requirements do help reduce bot postings outside the new members area. It also makes it easier to find and remove the bot posts for the Admin.

Hey mate
There's a few of us. Melbourne has a very active Victory group, and the Melbourne shop does a shop organised ride every month. Give them a call and they will fill you in.
Cheers

They must've missed telling you mate, coz the rides are very well organised and it's a huge Melb group that goes.

Puts us to shame :)

Thanks for the tip
1st Saturday of the month and 40+ of us rode up to Yea and back. An easy 200 miles on my run in period :)
Nice bunch of peeps, as you said Krisd.

I tell you what though, these quiet standard pipes are going next week on the 500 mile service. No passion there. The test bike we rode had stage 1 triovals and I had never heard standard before (apart from the Ultra we rode in the US)
All good

Active Aussie here from the Gold Coast...bought my Vegas in Melbourne 1st Dec and rode it home, I've covered 29,000kms on it so far in last 9 months. Great machine!...cant stay off it, came home the long way tonight:)

Gotta love that!
We rode 8300km last month to Sturgis with a Gold Coast couple. He said he'd done 40000kms in 9 mths before the tour, including some iron butt challenges. Not bad for a 64yo

I'm now looking forward to getting a few Aussie Ks under the belt touring on this new Vic, now I have one.
Smooth roads motorbikerx

Post twice, really? I wish I had known that a few hundred posts back. If you are at all like me you join in the flow of things and post so you never know what it takes to start a new thread.

Silly and dumb

"Man do I silly".........

Meant to write..."Man do I FEEL silly".

At least this brings me up above the quota required to post in the forums.
