Engine noise help!

Hi Gang, My 2013 CCT has developed a strong high pitched whirling or winning noise coming from what seems to be the front of the engine. It’s mostly heard between 1800-2300 RPM’s. I have searched the forums and have found many people with the same issue and the results of it being the belt alignment or bad pulley. Taking this advice, I have brought the bike into the dealer 2 times to have the belt adjusted and the noise has not changed, in fact it seems to be getting worse. What I have noticed now is that the noise can be heard at idle. It clearly is coming from the engine. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? The noise is so irritating that I don’t enjoy riding.
Other factors…
Just had the oil changed at the dealer.. No change in noise
2 Years ago the dealer installed the Lloyds timing gear, Cams, air filter and PC-V

My bike whines too , I always thought this was normal . My buddy told me it sounds like it has a supercharger on it , so yes its loud . Been like this since new though , it didn't just develop .

The dealer has been going with the belt whine theory.. I am going back next week and leaving the bike with them. They said some whining noise is normal, but mine it extra loud.

My Gunner makes all kinds of strange noises, I just figured its the nature of the beast being its the first Victory I've owned?
I just put my helmet on and Forgettaboutit.. The noises in my head cancel out the Vic's... Most noises will go away in time.

I noticed you have the Lloydz AF...I just put one on my XR and I can definitely hear the air getting sucked into the engine. I would not call it a whine, buit it is kind of a whistleing noise....Definitely hear it at idle too.....

Gear drive primary whines, sound a lot like a blower or even a gear drive. I quite like the noise, coupled with my pipes and intake noise thru the Torquetubes its quite a mechanical symphony:)

you don't say do you have Lloydz air filter.
might be getting a whine or whistle out of there.
Motorbikerx is right you might be hearing the noise out of the primary. With all the gears in there meshing they could be making the sound.
Maybe a trip to Lloydz or Kyle would be better then your dealer

Could a dirty filter cause this noise?
