Owen Baird I put on a studded Mustang seat with passenger backrest and studded Mustang bags. They look great together and have plenty of room inside.

Farmerplp The viking bags are definitely larger. I have the x-bow pipes and have the same issue. Take a look at the Viking Trianon for the KP

Rlanda Well there are the corbins but way too pricey. The PO of my bike has the bagger style exhaust new in the box which moves the upper pipe to the left side of the bike and will sell it to me for a song. May be the way to go. Those and some Jumbo tusuky??? with vinyl covering would come in way under the cost of the corbins.

My concern with all of these options is that I have victory stage one exhaust and I don't know if any do these options will fit with the stacked exhaust. Also I don't want te bags to sit way far out to clear the swing arm. I have put in an email to tsuyaku, I will see what they say. Thanks.
Understand what you're saying. Viking has some KP specific bags that would be short enough for you're setup, but I'm not sure if they're any bigger than the Victory bags. The X-bags won't work with your exhaust set-up. Actually, I'm not sure if they would work with the swept pipes that I have.

Good luck on your search.

While that is a viable option I am hoping to keep the fender bare and weight low. Solo seat, my wife rides her own.

For universal bags I'd suggest looking at Tsukayu Strong bags and Viking bags for starters. You could go with the bike specific strong bags or the universal; a Tsukayu rep recommended the universal to me. I also think that they might have some cutouts for the pulley, but I'm not 100% on that.

Witchdoctors has made brackets which allow X bike bags to be mounted on a KP. Check the picture thread in the KP forum, cause I seem to recall seeing some KP's with X bike bags mounted.

I have a pair of the Viking hardbags which are leather. The free mounts are pretty cheap, but the bags are really nice; I also wasn't able to get their "easy" brackets to work the way I wanted. The main trouble I ran into is that the back of the bags are not flat, but slightly curved which makes them difficult to fit to a flat plate. Because of this I haven't mounted them yet.

Bags for Kingpin.

Apparently I have to make a second post before being granted all access so bear with me and hopefully the moderators will move this to the Kingpin section. I have an 04 kingpin and I am wondering what the largest bags within reason of course that I could fit on the bike are. It came with some very nice but ultimately too small semi hard bags. The cutaway on the right side for the drive pulley makes the bag pretty much useless. I have a VIC high performance 2 into 2 exhaust but could get my hands on the bagger style exhaust from the PO who is trying to sell it separately. Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks.
