History
I traded in an '89 H/D Softail Custom that I blew over $40k on HIGHLY customizing over the past 12 yrs. (and got only $5k... FML!) for a brand new, perfectly good 2011 XC in Oct '11. I put 800 mi. on it in the 1st 2 months... then tore it to pieces! I guess the "custom" bug is not cured!

Victory Fuel Controller, gen 3 (VFC-III), K&N air filter, D&D slash cut slip on mufflers w/ the baffles... slipped out! (yep, MURDA-ed them, too!)
Exterior
Victory tinted low "flip" windshield, black Ness Rad III mirrors, black Ness finned timing & clutch covers, black Ness ape hangers, "Cheese wedges" replaced w/black round covers, Victory Renthal grips, and Texas cowboy belt buckle tank badges replaced w/black VICTORY emblems.
Also the tail light, directionals, bag hinges & lock "surrounds", headlight and tail light trim... yep, all MURDA-ed!

Audio
Rear dropped 3" w/a lowering link from Heavy Metal Designz @ hmd520.com, skid plate from victorypolicemotorcycles.com & front forks... you guessed it, MURDA-ed.
Suspension
Narrower and leaner XR seat. Ape "hangahs" (Damned Boston accent!), shift & rear brake arms, clutch & front brake levers, and forged crash bars... MURDA-ed. (go figure!)
Wheel and Tire
Ipod in RH bag & HID headlamps from xenonhidconversionkit.com.
