2001 V92C, changed the oil, air filter, cleaned the throttle body. Ran fine for a day and then I replaced the spark plugs (gapped at .040) did not change the plug wires. Now I have a dead miss every couple of minutes at highway speed and the engine vibrates at 2000 + rpms. Any ideas on what could have started this?

Its possible that the TPS was set with dirty throttle bodies, now cleaning them has thrown the setting off.
Or, randomly the TPS has decided to go bad - a very common problem.
Also check your last work - did any wires get pinched? Did you get the tank return line plugged in properly under the tank? Etc, etc....
Then we move to fuel pressure, air leaks, dirty temp sensor...
