Bike has 18K on it. Cleaned throttle bodies, changed plugs and still getting very rough idle, hesitation in gear at low rpm and generally runs poorly. Any thoughts?? Thanks.

First do the throttle point reset

Key on switch on engine off
Slow 5 count rotate throttle to wide open
Hold throttle open for slow 5 count
Let throttle snap shut
Cycle kill switch
Start motor

If that does not work my next guess would be that the TPS had been reset while the throttle body was pretty dirty, and now it is way to lean
No luck

Just tried reset...no change. The bike ran great right after I cleaned the throttle bodies but within 200 miles it's back to running poorly.
When I got my Kingpin it ran real rich.I took it back to the dealer twice
and they claimed it was fine.I finally talked them into setting up an exhaust gas analyzer and the TPS was like 40 points to rich. They adjusted it and it ran great for a weekend. Then started fouling plugs again.
I finally cleaned the throttle bodies after it was recommended by someone on the other site. It might have been Kevinx, I'm not sure. Anyway I cleaned them and then the bike was way lean.BTW, they were real dirty. The bike had 11000 miles when I bought it and I doubt they had ever been cleaned. I took it back to the dealer and they readjusted it back about 38 points.
I also changed the plugs.
It stopped fouling plugs after that and it runs great. I do have to clean the throttle bodies about every 5000 miles though.

Ahhhh new information........
First check the battery conections
Next check for vacume leak at throttle body adaptor
Next check fuel pressure
