Is it just me or does that 2-up luggage rack seam a little whacky victory makes? I need to buy the special backrest and the luggage rack seperate, but if I want to can I take the luggage rack off and just use that passenger backrest?

If I can, GREAT, if not does anyone know of any other inexpensive options for passenger backrests and detachable luggage racks?
